Return limitations

For safety reasons, opened or used health products may not be returnable. Support will review issues based on order status, product condition, and applicable rules.

Refund review

Refund or reshipment eligibility depends on the facts of the case, supporting information, and order status. Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on the payment provider.

Do not send products back without support instructions. Unapproved returns may not be identifiable or eligible for review.
